What types of properties does DoorPact support?
DoorPact works for any shared property — lake houses, beach condos, mountain cabins, ski chalets, family homes, vacation rentals, and more. If multiple people share access to a property, DoorPact can help you manage it.
How many people can I add to a property?
There is no per-user limit. You can invite as many family members, co-owners, and property managers as you need. The $39/year price covers the entire property, regardless of how many people use it.
Can I manage more than one property?
Absolutely. Each property is billed separately at $39/year. You can manage as many properties as you need from a single account, and each property has its own calendar, chat, finances, and settings.
What happens after the free trial ends?
After your 30-day free trial, you can subscribe at $39/year to continue using all features. If you choose not to subscribe, your data is preserved for 30 days in case you change your mind. We never delete your data without notice.
Is my data secure?
Yes. DoorPact runs on Cloudflare's global network with enterprise-grade security. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We never sell your data or share it with third parties. Your property information stays private to the people you invite.
